Q: Will all stains come out ?
A: When we arrive, we’ll assess the stains and ask if you know what caused them, as this helps us determine the best approach for removal. We always put in our best effort to treat every stain, but please understand that some may be too set in to fully remove.
Q: What about burn marks?
A: Unfortunately, burn marks are often permanent and cannot be fully removed through standard cleaning methods. While carpet cleaning can help, burn marks usually cause irreversible damage to the fibres. However, in some cases, we may be able to improve the appearance of the area depending on the severity buts its very unlikely .
Q: Will we have to move furniture before you arrive ?
A:We’re happy to assist with moving smaller furniture pieces during cleaning, but it would be greatly appreciated if you could remove them beforehand. This helps the cleaning process go more smoothly and reduces the risk of any potential damage. For larger items like beds, wardrobes, and drawers, please note that we are unable to move these during the cleaning.
Q: How often should I have my carpets cleaned ?
A:The frequency of carpet cleaning depends on several factors, including the number of people in your home, pets, children, and whether anyone smokes. On average, it’s recommended to have your carpets cleaned every 6 to 12 months, depending on how soiled they become.
Q: Can you clean flats/apartments above ground floor ?
A:We are happy to clean flats above the ground floor; however, please note that these jobs may take longer. Due to the need for extensive equipment, multiple trips will be required, which can extend the overall cleaning time.
Q: How long will it take to dry ?
A:Drying times can vary based on several factors, such as the material, cleanliness, and even the time of year. Thanks to our high-powered equipment, most moisture is extracted during the cleaning process, and our powerful air dryers help speed things up. However, while we work to reduce drying time as much as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
Q: Should we hoover before you arrive ?
A: No need to worry about vacuuming before we arrive. We bring our own high-powered vacuums that thoroughly clean the carpet before we begin the deep cleaning process. Just make sure to clear any smaller items from the carpet, such as toys or small furniture.
